SCT4 Easy Read

four-level easy read self-report tool

The tool measures the social care-related quality of life (SCRQoL) of people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Current tool is a beta version and it is undergoing further testing. For more information about the tool, please see the cover sheet. The tool is available upon request with the ASCOT team (ascot@kent.ac.uk).
